Unlocking Self-Discovery: Observe Your Behavior Like a Pro

If you can learn to observe your own behaviour in a detached way, without judgment—almost like you’re an unbiased psychologist, reviewing a case, just watching someone behave to figure out what’s going on—you’ll see some shocking truths revealed.

The really difficult part is doing it accurately, without judging yourself.

What people often do is have a very biased, skewed perspective of their own behaviour.

For example, people will often tell me, “I get rejected all the time”, but when we look at their behaviour, they don’t even give themselves a chance to be rejected.

They don’t ask anyone out on a date.

They don’t ask for a promotion at work.

Maybe they’re actually rejected once a year, but they feel like it’s happening all the time. Why?

Because in their heads, they’re constantly rejecting themselves. However, in the real world, they’re not actually getting that much negative feedback.
