10X Your Courage
Welcome to the True Bravery course!
**Warning: this course includes profanity or other sensitive language**
By the time you are eligible to do this course, you’ve already shown an ability to accept discomfort and act courageously, to do things you’re nervous about or scared to do.
It’s time to up the stakes…
“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.”
– George Addair
In this course, we’re going to look at the highest levels of courage, what we’ll refer to as True Bravery. We are going beyond just tolerating discomfort and desensitizing yourself to fear. We are now going to explore the thrilling world of seeking discomfort and embracing fear.
Bravery sets apart the 1% of superhumans from the rest. All humans are restrained by irrational fears in some way, but the truly brave are those who actively search for any fear-based limit and immediately set about annihilating it so that their lives remain limitless.
This might seem intimidating, painful, or risky. But, like all courage-based activities, bravery is much more about wisdom than it is about strength.
It is not brave to willingly endanger yourself without purpose – that is recklessness. However, nearly everything you’re afraid to do is actually incredibly low risk. Bravery is about understanding that you can do almost anything you set your mind to… as long as you refuse to believe something is dangerous when it clearly isn’t.
In this course, we’re going to treat fear as a guidance system; a system that makes mistakes, and often requires an override. Bravery is about the ability to override fear when it’s being unhelpful, illogical and limiting.
What we’ll cover in this course:
The difference between normal courage and true bravery
The two main methods for training yourself to be braver
How to manage sensations of fear to prevent them controlling your decision-making
How to pump your state and use physiology to boost your courage
Psychological techniques to make cowardice “impossible”
The amazingly simple “F*ck it!” technique
How to recover and learn from bravery attempts
So get excited and prepare to unravel the mystery of how certain people can achieve amazing acts while everyone else is too scared to move.
See you there…

Dan specializes in helping Nice Guys and People Pleasers figure out what it means to “just be yourself”, through helping them remove the psychological barriers to authentic and confident living. He comes from a psychology and science-focused philosophy and background, having worked with high risk criminal offenders, and is expertly trained in confidence building, motivational techniques, psychological confidence, leadership skills, acceptance and value-based living, and managing manipulation.
Dan is a former People-Pleaser (a.k.a Nice Guy) who spent most of his life trying to get approval from other people. Once he discovered that this was a painful and dishonest way to live, he set out to find the truth about how to enjoy life, find purpose, and be ultimately satisfied with who you are as a person. He developed a blueprint called The 3X Model of Confidence, that underlies success in all areas of life, and can be learned quickly and effectively.
Dan’s mission in life is to teach people this secret so that they can get the most out of their short time on this planet.
