In general, all refund requests that cannot be processed by the companies that host Dan’s products should be sent to dan@brojo.org and each case will be assessed on its merits. Most good faith refund requests can expect to be approved.
Coaching refunds
All coaching packages run on a monthly subscription basis. If the client is unsatisfied with the previous month’s worth of coaching, they can apply for a refund. As per their client agreement, they must attempt to resolve any conflicts with Dan Munro personally prior to requesting a refund (unless Dan has failed to deliver the service as promised e.g. failed to show up for a session without notice).
You cannot request a refund for any coaching that was paid for more than 30 days ago; it is assumed that you had no problem with this service. The only exception is if you can show that you weren’t aware you were being charged for coaching services and were not receiving the service.
Books and courses
For online courses and online books, refunds are granted within 30 days of purchase if the customer is not satisfied.
If the course was purchased through Udemy, the customer must request a refund from Udemy directly.
If a book was purchased through Amazon or any other book provider apart from Dan himself, then the customer must first apply for a refund from that provider. If unsuccessful, apply with Dan directly (proof of purchase must be provided). In the case of online books, refunds may not be granted as the product cannot be returned. For hardcopy books, the book must be returned to Dan (cost of shipping must be covered by customer) prior to the refund being processed.
Memberships
For refunding an Integrity Army newsletter membership, the customer must attempt to apply for a refund through Substack before contacting Dan for a refund.
For Brotherhood memberships, you are entitled to claim any payments made within the last 30 days for a refund, no questions asked.
Any issues not covered by this webpage should be discussed with Dan.
