Listen here:
Most guys can’t afford a coach when they actually need one.
Or they can’t match schedules. Or they don’t like Zoom calls. Or English isn’t their first language. Or they’re introverted, slower processors who need time, space, and privacy to respond.
So they end up trying to fix their life with YouTube clips, books, courses, and random Instagram quotes.
I’ve been wrestling with this problem for years. Courses and content help—but they don’t talk back. They don’t challenge you. They don’t know your exact situation. And generic AI like ChatGPT? Too agreeable, too fluffy, sometimes flat-out wrong.
So I built something different.
A virtual coaching app that is, quite literally, a 24/7 version of me in your pocket.
This post will show you exactly:
What it is
How it works (and how it’s different from normal AI coaching tools)
Who it’s for (and not for)
The limitations (no bullshit here)
The special early access offer if you want to test-drive it properly
If you’re curious about virtual / AI coaching, or want a serious alternative to an expensive online life coach, read this carefully.
What This Actually Is (No Hype Version)
This is not “some AI life coach giving generic advice.”
This is:
A coaching app trained almost entirely on my body of work — my podcasts, videos, coaching session transcripts, core frameworks, and principles.
It has:
My coaching process
My values (integrity, honesty, bravery, responsibility, science-based reasoning)
My style (direct, compassionate, challenging, no people-pleasing)
When you use it, you’re not talking to “the internet.” You’re talking to a tool that has been fed only one worldview: mine.
If you don’t like my content, you will not like this app. If you resonate with my stuff but wish you could get more specific help, more often, this is built for you.

Why I Built It (And Why Content Alone Isn’t Enough)
Here’s the problem with trying to DIY your confidence growth:
You binge videos on confidence, boundaries, Nice Guy Syndrome, dating, or leadership, but when a real-life situation hits—boss interrupts you, your wife explodes, that girl you like walks past—you freeze.
You can’t search 10 years of my material mid-argument and find the exact answer in 30 seconds.
You don’t always know which concept applies to your specific mess.

A virtual coaching tool fixes that gap.
This app lets you:
Describe your exact situation in your own words.
Get targeted, practical answers based on my frameworks.
Be challenged on your excuses, stories, and victim mindset—just like in a real session.
Turn vague “I should change” into “Here’s the next concrete step I’ll take in the next 24 hours.”
It’s not entertainment. It’s not “motivation.” It’s a structured way to get coached online, in real time, whenever the issue shows up.

How It Works (In Plain English)
When you log in, you’re greeted (unfortunately) by my face and a simple chat interface.
You type (or speak) something like:
“My boss keeps interrupting me in meetings, and I backed down again. How do I fix this without losing my job?”
“I want to expand my dating options, but I’m terrified of rejection.”
“I’ve just been through a divorce and can’t stop ruminating.”
“My wife says I have Nice Guy Syndrome. I don’t know where to start.”
“I keep folding to my wife’s parents; how do I set real boundaries?”
“I want to build daily integrity habits but I never follow through.”
And the app will:
Clarify the real problem – It’ll ask you the same kind of questions I would: specific, uncomfortable, practical.
Challenge your beliefs – It doesn’t just agree with your story. It pushes back on victimhood, excuses, and cognitive distortions.
Help you identify your values – It pulls you toward integrity, courage, honesty, responsibility.
End with concrete action – Nearly every interaction leads to a clear behavioral step, not just “good thoughts.”
It remembers your conversation threads.
You can:
Save long-term conversations
Revisit them
Or reset and start fresh whenever you like
You can also use it in multiple languages. If English is not your first language, you can get coached in your own language without losing nuance.

“Is This Just Another AI Coaching Gimmick?”
Short answer: no. Longer answer:
How it’s different from generic AI or random coaching bots
Most “AI coaching” tools:
scrape content from everywhere,
try to be nice to everyone,
avoid risk,
and give you beautifully worded but totally useless advice.
This app:
Is trained only on my content (Nice Guy Syndrome recovery, integrity, confidence, relationships, boundaries, leadership, rumination, retroactive jealousy, etc.)
Is explicitly instructed to challenge you—not coddle you
Follows my coaching method:
Define the problem clearly
Expose unhelpful beliefs
Get to core values
Commit to specific behavior
If you’ve tried using standard AI as a coach online and found it too agreeable or vague, you’ll notice the difference immediately.

Who This Is For
This virtual coaching app is ideal if:
You like my books, videos, podcast, or courses and want more tailored guidance without paying full 1:1 rates.
You’re recovering from Nice Guy Syndrome, people-pleasing, or chronic approval-seeking.
You want help with:
Honest communication
Boundaries
Dating and attraction
Long-term relationships and marriage
Integrity at work
Leadership, courage, self-respect
Rumination, overthinking, indecision
You’re introverted or a deep thinker who:
hates being put on the spot,
wants time to sit with questions,
prefers to write things out privately.
You don’t have easy access to an online life coach in your language or time zone.
You’re “coach-curious” but skeptical and want a low-risk way to experience my style first.
This can also support:
Existing 1:1 clients who want between-session support.
People currently working with therapists or coaches who want a values-based perspective alongside that work.
Yes, you’ll see people describe this as an AI coaching app, health coach app, or personal fitness coach app style solution—but in reality it’s more specific:
It’s a confidence, integrity, and masculinity coaching engine tuned to my philosophy.
If you’re looking purely for macros, push-up programs, or calorie calculators, there are better personal fitness coach app options out there. This thing is about the psychology that makes following through possible.
Who This Is NOT For
I’m going to be blunt.
Don’t use this as your primary support if:
You’re actively suicidal or in immediate crisis
You’re dealing with severe mental illness, psychosis, or situations that require a trained clinical professional
You refuse to be honest, give minimal information, and expect “magic answers”
The app:
Will direct suicidal users to real-world crisis services (as it should).
Cannot see your body language, home environment, or read between the lines the way I can in person.
Can’t replace medical professionals, therapists, or emergency services.
Use it for serious inner work, but not as your only lifeline in a life-or-death situation.

“Can This Replace Working With You Directly?”
No. And I don’t want it to.
Here’s the honest hierarchy:
1:1 coaching with me – Deep, tailored, emotionally attuned, high accountability. Most expensive, limited availability.
This virtual coaching app – Constant access, values-based, practical, challenging, ridiculously affordable.
Courses, videos, books, podcasts – Great foundations, but one-directional.
Random internet advice – Mostly noise.
The app is designed to:
Be the closest possible substitute for 1:1 coaching, for those who can’t do it yet.
Supercharge existing coaching clients between sessions.
Help you get real, measurable change without needing to be on my calendar.
It’s a bridge. From “consuming content” → to “doing the work.”
What It Feels Like To Use
Expect things like:
“Okay, but what are you REALLY afraid will happen?”
“You’re calling this integrity, but your behavior doesn’t match your values. Let’s fix that.”
“Nice Guy move. You avoided conflict instead of being honest. Here’s your next move.”
“You’ve built your identity on two bad experiences. That’s not data; that’s a story.”
“Cool. What are you going to do in the next 24 hours?”
You’ll get:
Reflections that sound like me
Analogies, challenges, reframes
Homework-style actions: messages to send, boundaries to set, questions to journal on, behaviors to practice
You will not get:
Endless sympathy with no progress
Spiritual bypassing
Fake positivity
Manipulative sales pressure
Privacy & Transparency
Straight talk:
Your account is private.
Conversations can be saved, exported, or deleted.
I can access conversations on the backend to improve the system, but ethically:
I’m not trawling through people’s secrets for fun.
If I want to use anything for training/teaching, I anonymize it.
If you’re not comfortable putting personal stuff into any online tool, this isn’t for you.
You are responsible for what you share. Treat it like you would any online platform.

How To Get Started
Here’s what to do if this resonates:
Bring a real problem. Don’t test it with fake scenarios. Use something that actually hurts.
Answer its questions honestly. The more detail you give, the sharper it gets.
Follow the actions it suggests. If you’re not willing to take uncomfortable action, no coach—human or AI—can help you.
Decide. After a week:
If it’s useless: cancel.
If it’s challenging you, clarifying your thinking, and getting you moving: keep it running while it serves you.
If you’ve ever thought:
“I wish I had Dan in my pocket when shit hits the fan…”
This is the closest thing to that without me neglecting my family, sleep, or sanity.
Try it. Break it. Argue with it. Let it confront you.
See if this style of virtual coaching gives you the push you’ve been avoiding.
When you’re ready, jump in.
